3.Read the Terms and Conditions and check the “I Accept”
4.Click “Create Account”
We will send a confirmation code to the email address you provided. Check your inbox and enter the confirmation code to complete the basic account creation stage.
1. Personal Information
- Enter your Organisation/LLP's/partnership firm's/HUF name precisely as it appears on PAN
- Enter the Incorporation/Origination Date as it appears on your PAN in YYYY-MM-DD format (If your entity is under 18, please include the authorized person's birth date)
- Enter the registered address of your Organization/LLP/Partnership Firm/HUF
2. Identification Information
- Select the type of your company - Organisation/LLP's/partnership firm/ HUF
- Enter the registration date of the company in YYYY-MM-DD format
3.PAN Details
- Company: Enter your Company PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a clear PDF/JPEG file of the same
- LLP: Enter your LLP PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a clear PDF/JPEG file of the same
- Partnership Firm: Enter your Partnership firm PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a clear PDF/JPEG file of the same
- HUF: Enter your HUF firm’s PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a clear PDF/JPEG file of the same
4. Selfie Information
- Company: Upload a selfie of any one Director holding his/her own and Company’s PAN card
- LLP: Upload a selfie of any one partner holding his/her own and firm’s PAN card
- Partnership: Upload a selfie of any one partner holding his/her own and the firm’s PAN card
- HUF: Upload a selfie of Karta of HUF holding their individual PAN and HUF PAN card
5. Identity Information
- Enter the identity number of the Organisation/LLP/partnership firm/HUF
- Company: Enter your full CIN in the “Identity Number” field
- LLP: Enter your full 7-digit LLPIN in the “Identity Number” field
- Partnership: Enter your Udyog Aadhaar number in the ‘Identity Number’ field
- HUF: Enter the Aadhaar number of Karta of HUF in the ‘Identity Number’ field
- Upload Pdf file
- Company: Upload a PDF file of the Incorporation Certificate of the Company and Authority Letter duly signed by the authorizing director/s in the Organisation/LLP/partnership firm/HUF to open and operate an account with KoinBX
- LLP: Upload a PDF file of the Incorporation Certificate of the LLP and Authority Letter duly signed by the authorizing partner/s to open and operate an account with KoinBX
- Partnership: Upload the Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Firms and GST registration certificate
- HUF: Upload the PDF of the Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Firms and a copy of the cancelled cheque having the name of HUF
Note: Take a printout of the Authority Letter on the letterhead of the
Company/LLP/HUF. Fill in the details of the Board of Directors/Partners and
Shareholders.
6. Company Director Details
- Upload a selfie of any one Director holding his/her own and company PAN card
- Upload a selfie of the Board of Directors/Partners in the Organization/LLP/Partnership Firm/HUL Once the Corporate details registration is completed, go for personal KYC registration.
7. Personal KYC Information
Upload a clear image of the Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, and NREGA Card of the Directors, Board of Directors, Partners, and Karta of HUF. Congratulations on submitting your corporate account application on KoinBX. Our team will review your application and may reach out for additional information or documents. The KoinBX team holds all the rights to reject your application at its sole discretion. You can check the status of your application by visiting your dashboard.

1. Enter your organization's name exactly as it appears on the Incorporation Certificate.
2. Enter the organization's registration number in the 'National ID' field and upload the Certificate of Incorporation.
3. Upload the scanned copy of the National ID card.
4. Upload the scanned copy of the signed Authority Letter. Upload a clear selfie of any Director holding his/her personal ID document in the ‘Selfie’ section.
