1. 2FA (Google Authentication)
Step 2: Tap on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the home page.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Security’
Step 4: Tap on 'Two-Factor Authentication'
Step 5: Tap on Google Authenticator
To Enable:
Step 1: To Enable 2FA, Download ‘Google Authenticator App’ (Android/IOS)
Step 2: Copy or scan the code and paste it into the Google Authenticator app.
Step 3: Enter the 6-digit Google authentication code in the shown field.
Step 4: Tap ‘Enable’.
(2FA - Google Authentication will be enabled)
To Disable:
Step 1: Open the Authenticator app and copy the code.
Step 2: Enter the code in the shown field.
Step 3: Tap ‘Disable’.
(2FA - Google Authentication will be disabled)
2. 2FA (Email Authentication)
Step 2: Tap on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the home page.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Security’
Step 3: Tap on 'Two-Factor Authentication'
Step 4: Tap on ‘Email’
To Enable:
Step 1: Enter the OTP sent to your registered email ID.
Step 2: Tap ‘Enable’.
(2FA - Email Authentication will be enabled)
Note: You can only use one 2FA option at a time, either Google Authenticator or email.
To Disable:
Step 1: Enter the OTP sent to your registered email ID.
Step 2: Tap ‘Disable’.
(2FA -Email Authentication will be disabled)
