How do I Cancel my Buy Order?

KoinBX App (Android/iOS)

Step1: Login to KoinBX Android or iOS App.

Step 2: Tap on 'Orders' at the bottom of the home screen.

Step 3: Tap ‘Open Orders’.

Step 4: Tap 'Cancel' to cancel the order.

KoinBX Web Portal

Step 1: Login to KoinBX Web Portal.

Step 2: Click the Markets option on the home page to open the Markets overview page.

Step 3: Click ‘My Open Orders’.

Step 4: Click 'Cancel' to cancel the order.
