KoinBX App (Android/iOS):
Step 1: Go to KoinBX Android or iOS App and tap the ‘Profile’ icon on the top left corner.
Step 2: Tap ‘Forget Password’
Step 3: Enter your registered email ID and tap the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: Go to your email inbox for the link to reset your password.
Tap on ‘CLICK HERE’
Step 5: Enter your New password and tap on ‘Submit’
KoinBX Portal:
Step 2: Click on ‘Forget Password’
Step 3: Enter your registered email ID and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: Go to your email inbox for the link to reset your password.
click on ‘CLICK HERE’
Step 5: Enter your New password and click on ‘Submit’
Your password will be changed successfully.
