Step 2: Click the 'KYC' icon on the home screen.
Step 3: Fill out the details carefully with clear documents.
Step 4: Follow the steps while uploading your selfie with the Document.
Step 5: Click 'Submit for Verification'.
Your account gets verified as soon as possible if the submitted proofs are clear.
KoinBX Web Portal
Step 1: Open the KoinBX portal and click 'Login'.
Step 2: Click the ‘Unverified’ button in the KYC details.
Step 3: Enter your 'Aadhaar Card' number in the Aadhaar details section and click 'Verify Aadhaar'. You will receive OTP to your Aadhaar registered mobile number.
Step 4: Enter the OTP received in your Aadhaar registered mobile number.
Step 5: Enter your PAN number in the PAN details section.
Step 6: Click the 'Upload' button and attach your PAN card. Click 'Submit'
Step 7: Go to the KYC verification option and fill out the details with clear documents.
Kindly follow the guidelines while uploading your selfie.
Note: Upload your selfie holding your PAN/Aadhaar card in one hand and the duly filled reference paper in another hand.
The reference paper should contain:
- Exchange name: KoinBX
- Date of submission
- Registered email ID
- Registered mobile number
Make sure both your face and KYC proofs are clear. The KYC proof should not be covered or censored.
Your account gets verified as soon as possible if things are clear.
